The spread is the percentage difference between a reference exchange rate and the rate you effectively receive. Banks and payment services may include this in addition to visible transfer fees.
The gross conversion uses amount × rate. The net received amount then subtracts flat fees, percentage fees and the selected spread so you can estimate the real amount after costs.
